About Powerlifting
There are three main lifts, Deadlift, squat and bench press. All three lifts are compound exercises, meaning that they engage multiple muscle groups at once.
Powerlifting is for everyone, it not only builds strength, but it also builds confidence. Give it a try, you might surprise yourself with how strong you actually are.
The powerlifting community is hugely supportive and friendly and will always help you out, wherever you are, any gym in any country.
