Using a Personal Trainer will help you get more out of you training than if you train on your own. A personal trainer will give you motivation, encouragement and advice that makes your fitness journey better and more enjoyable. We can offer PT in a personal and private 1-2-1 setting or in a gym setting.

Many people are anxious about going to a gym, many people who do go to a gym don’t have a plan and their workouts are not as effective as they could be. At Peak fitness Training we have personal trainers to suit everyone.
We have male and female trainers, and each personal trainer can offer something different. Our trainers can help you train harder, with more motivation and they keep you accountable. Many people just want to get fitter and feel better, and we can help with that. General fitness is essential to everyone and having a better fitness level helps physically, it also helps mentally. We challenge anyone to come and train and not walk out of the gym feeling better. If you are experiencing peri menopausal or menopausal symptoms you probably want a PT that can relate to that. We have PT’s that can help with training and diet through the peri menopause and menopause. We have powerlifting coaches.
